When we are bound by any identity such as nationality or religion, we are going to be in conflict. To access Ahimsa, the state of non-violence, we need to be realizing our unity consciousness.
We are always looking for external solutions but the internal is the key.
As we individually and collectively get in touch with the truth of who we are and begin to grow from that place, live from that place, the future becomes filled with greater joy for all.
There has to be a revolution inside the individual and as it spreads it will create a future which is worth discovering.
Now more than ever, it’s important to stay rooted in your practice. We need to be willing to look within ourselves and transcend our separateness, our inherent violence. Only then can we find the peace that we are looking for and be an uplifting presence in this world.
