Suggested Retreat Schedule

The invitation of Shiva is to live with palms open, not fists clenched. The harder you try to grab sand, the less you have of it. Realise the impermanence of all forms, structures, roles, empires, civilizations, even solar systems and, ultimately, also the universe. It’s all events unfolding at different rates. Universes within universes. When the yogi starts to see the truth of who they are, they are established in vairagyam (detachment). They don’t hold on tight anymore. They live with palms open. Only then can you have it all. Nothing to lose, only to gain.

For this, we need a strong energetic field as, through living, we can become disturbed by static in the environment and go out of tune. Shivratri is a time where you can really strengthen the auric field as there is an upsurge in energy at this time of year and we use this energy to generate a strong field around us, to generate a capacity which cannot be swayed.
