    Understand the role of ama, metabolic, emotional and mental waste, and how ama perpetuates dis-ease physically, mentally and emotionally. Learn about ojas, or our fundamental vitality, and how we should always seek to increase our ojas. Learn techniques for reducing ama and increasing ojas including simple recipes and practices that can reduce ama and increase ojas emotionally, mentally and physically.
