of Chanting

A Sattva course in Kirtan, Harmonium,
and the Alchemy of Sound

What is Bhakti ?

Bhakti Yoga is the path of devotion, the path of the heart. Devotional practices are fundamental in our daily lives. They bring us into a state of receptivity and connection with something that is far greater. Most importantly devotional practices such as chanting connect us with our hearts. A life led from the heart, from love, is a life filled with bliss and unity.

Benefits of chanting

    • Reduces anxiety, fear, and anger
