Tracy

Tracy

Tracy has been devoted to the field of wellness and transformation for over 25 years. Her journey began during her career in the Air Force, initially through a strong foundation in fitness and physical wellbeing. Following the loss of her husband while he was on active duty, her path deepened into a more holistic exploration of healing -integrating mind, body, and soul.

Over the years, Tracy expanded her studies across movement, yoga, Ayurveda, and the yogic sciences. After completing her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2001, she discovered a deeper dimension of practice and healing that would continue to shape her life and work.

Her connection with the Sattva teachings began during her first journey to India in 2007, where she met Anand Mehrotra and immediately recognised the path she was meant to walk. Since then, she has returned regularly to study within the Sattva lineage and has guided annual pilgrimages to India for nearly two decades, introducing hundreds of students to the teachings, culture, and transformative experience of Sattva Yoga Academy.

Alongside her work as a Sattva Master Teacher, Tracy has devoted many years to the study of Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), with a particular emphasis on the relationship between Ayurveda and conscious living. She is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Coach, and currently serves as both an Ayurveda teacher at Sattva Yoga Academy and the Program Manager of the Sattva Ayurveda Academy.

Through her work, Tracy supports individuals in cultivating greater balance, empowerment, healing, and self-awareness, offering an integrative approach to transformation rooted in the wisdom of the Himalayan tradition.
