Ritika

Sattva Master Teacher · Vedic Astrologer · Mentor

About Me

Ritika has been studying under the guidance of Himalayan Master Yogi Anand Mehrotra since 2007. Her work is rooted in lived yogic discipline, not only in the practice of techniques such as kriya, japa, and meditation, but in the embodiment of these principles in everyday life.

A trained Vedic astrologer, Ritika often uses astrology as an initial point of connection with her clients. From there, her guidance expands into the broader spectrum of yogic tools and teachings. A central aspect of her work is the exploration of the Goddess traditions, which she approaches as powerful archetypal intelligences that illuminate the human journey and make inner transformation tangible and experiential.

Together with her husband Eran, Ritika is the co-founder of Sattva Australia, where they offer Sattva Yoga teacher trainings, facilitate kriya initiations, host community gatherings, and guide immersive programs such as the Dasha Mahavidyas. Their work is devoted to creating structured yet deeply transformative spaces for spiritual inquiry, practice, and integration.

The essence of Ritika’s teaching is simple: when energy is mastered and aligned, life itself becomes a path of evolution.

A Little More About Me

What yoga means to me today

Yoga is not something we practice only on the mat. It is lived through our choices, responsibilities, and relationships—as parents, teachers, and leaders in the world.

The practice I return to again and again

I return to the breath in moments of challenge—to surrender, to trust, to expand awareness, and to rest in the bliss of life. Breath is everything.

What I am currently learning on my path

I am currently learning that there is no end game. We are here to learn, to grow and evolve, to love and be loved, to get better at playing.

Mantra I live by

Its all HER. The good the bad the ugly. When you see Her in it, it all becomes sacred.

Teaching that guides me

You are home, Mother is home and it’s all working out.
