Your baby will benefit from everything that you do for yourself during pregnancy so your main work in becoming a mother is to raise your frequency. Become aware of what serves you and what takes energy from you.

This course is designed for you if

    • You desire a comprehensive course, exploring yogic practices and wisdom to use during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
    • You are new to yoga and desire to understand and experience the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
    • You practise yoga and want to use yogic practices and wisdom to support you during your pregnancy.
    • You are a yoga teacher who would like to know how to adjust her practice during pregnancy and birth.
