3. Go to "Security" to update your login details.

Change Payment Method
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to your Stripe account, following the instructions
5. Change the payment method on the Stripe dashboard. You may read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service here.

Update or Change Payment Card
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.
5. Update or Change Payment Card on the Stripe dashboard.

View Transaction History
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.
5. View transaction history on the Stripe dashboard.

Print Receipts
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.

Cancellation
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.
5. Cancel your membership directly on the Stripe dashboard.

Reactivate My Account
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.
5. Select the membership plan and complete the process of reactivation from the Stripe dashboard.

Upgrade/Downgrade Membership
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Settings" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Go to "Payment"
4. Login to Stripe, following the instructions.
5. Upgrade/ Downgrade your membership from the Stripe dashboard.

Coupon for Membership
If the coupon code for membership is not working try the following:
1. Ensure the coupon code is correct.
2. Make sure the program software on your device is up to date.
3. Make sure you have selected the right product.
4. Try a different browser.
5. Ensure there is no white space before or after the coupon code.
6. Clear your cache (internet browsing history).

View a Course
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Click on "Home" or "Courses" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Your courses will be listed under "My Courses."

How long do I have access to a course?
You have lifetime access to the courses you own (have purchased).

Leave a Review
1. Log in to your member account.
2. Go to “Home” or "Courses" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
3. Locate your course under "My Courses" and click "Start Course."
4. Scroll down and leave a review under "Review the Course." Share your experience and inspire the community.

Are there any free courses?
Yes, all members of Sattva Connect enjoy free access to "The Enlivening the Spirit Retreat" and "The Alchemy of Life" wisdom series with Anand Ji. These courses can be found under "My Courses" after the free trial period is over.

Do I need to be a member to own a course?
No, you do not need to be a member to own a course. However, membership is required to access other sections of the Sattva Connect platform. To unlock these sections, you must sign up for a membership.
Note that free access to "The Enlivening the Spirit Retreat" and "The Alchemy of Life" wisdom series with Anand Ji is included in the membership.

Coupon for Courses
If the coupon code for a course is not working do the following:
1. Ensure the coupon code is correct.
2. Make sure the program software on your device is up to date.
3. Make sure you have selected the right product.
4. Try a different browser.

Where do I apply the coupon code?
The coupon code must be applied during checkout in the “Apply Coupon” field under the price.

What is "Raise Hand" in the Live Studio?
You can send a "Raise Hand" request to the teacher by clicking on the "Raise Hand" symbol in your Live Studio. If accepted, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback directly to the teacher and other students.

How can I comment or read comments in a Live Class?
Click on the "Comment" symbol in your Live Studio to comment or read comments.

How can I view it in full-screen mode?
Click on the "Full Screen View" option in the top menu bar of your Live Studio.

How can I view participants of a Live Class?
To view participants:
1. Click on the three dots and select "Participants" in your Live Studio.
2. Alternatively, click on the "Participants" symbol in the top menu bar.

How do I change the microphone and camera settings?
To change your microphone and camera settings:
1. Click on the three dots and select "Settings."
2. Click on "Devices."
3. Select your camera and microphone, then click "Apply."

Which browser should I use?
The Live Studio works best in Chrome, but it is also compatible with other common browsers such as Safari and Firefox.

Where can I find the SYA Teacher Exclusive Content?
To access the SYA Teacher Exclusive Content:
1. Log in to your Sattva Connect account.
2. Navigate to the "Library."
3. Click on the "SYA Collection."
